Spring is here. It's time for all that outside
work. Yard work and repairs around the
house will be the aim of many upcoming
weekends. Remember, if you are making
changes to your exterior, you need to
complete the exterior alteration form PRIOR
to starting work. This does not include
painting the same colors, repairs to existing
property, etc. Changes in colors, new
building projects, etc. require the prior
permission.

We are looking for volunteers for the various
committees. The committees are responsible to oversee
various segments of the community association. We
need you to help make this community a great
community. Please consider volunteering for the
committee of your choice.
Meeting minutes have been posted to the Committee
Page.
Financial statements have been added to the
Treasurer's report on the Committee Page.

guidelines take effect February 1, 2010. See the BC

Neighborhood Watch Alert!
We have seen several garages broken into recently.
Various items have been taken. Take precautions to
ensure your property is protected. Lock all doors, use
the deadbolt. Leave lights on around the garage. Watch
out for your neighbors garages. It's hard to see your
own garage door from your house. If you see anything
suspicious, call 911 and report it immediately.
