Community Events and Issues
Board of Directors Meetings
We try to meet monthly. If you have anything that you would like to discuss with the Board, please let us
know through Tidewater Management or through the form on the home page. This is your community.
These meetings are open to the community.
Important Community Issues
With warmer weather many homeowners look to the outside of their homes for improvements. The Board of
Directors wants to remind everyone that you will need to get approval for any exterior changes to your
residence
BEFORE you start work. Some changes may also require a building permit from Baltimore
County Permits prior to starting work. Please be sure that you have all approvals in place
PRIOR to work
starting. This includes contractor work or work you do yourself. Send all requests for exterior alterations to
the Waterview Home Owners Association c/o Tidewater Management. Please give at least three weeks for
a reply prior to starting work. Pools are also another concern. See links page for link to pool regulations.

Parking and Vehicle Issues
One of the most common complaints to Tidewater Management and the Board of Directors involves vehicles
and parking. As a result we have listed some of the requirements regarding vehicles in the community.
Some of these regulations are found in our community covenants and others are found in Baltimore County
Code (parking and zoning). For a quick review click here

Home Safety Issues
We've had a series of mailboxes damaged, especially along Waterview Way. Groups of older teens have
been seen in the afternoons cutting through the community and some have been involved in this activity.
Keep your eyes open and call 911 immediately if you see anything occurring. Christmas decorations and
lawn ornaments have also been targeted recently. Anyone observed acting in a suspicious manner should
be reported. We will try to keep you informed.

At night, leave on outside lights, especially on garages as we have no street lighting in the alleys. Check
out the
Neighborhood Watch committee for additional information.
Board of Directors Elections:

Two Board members were re-elected and will continue on the board. We are
always looking for volunteers, either for the Board or for our various
committees. Please consider volunteering for a position.
